Frank is the Director of IDEA having joined in March 2013. He is responsible for leading the organisation, implementing the IDEA Strategy, overseeing the Challenging the Crisis programme, managing staff and reporting to the National Council. Frank is engaged in all aspects of IDEA's activities, in particular in representing the association in various networks and fora, in promoting Development Education nationally and internationally and in advocacy on behalf of IDEA members.

Capacity Development Manager
Elaine Mahon

Elaine manages the implementation of IDEA's capacity development programme with IDEA members, particularly in the areas of organisational management and Development Education practice. Elaine has worked for IDEA since June 2013 when she joined as project manager of the EU-funded project 'Challenging the Crisis'. She moved into her current role in October 2016.
