Tender: Scoping Study on Best Practices in Providing Quality Education in Development Contexts

Plan International Ireland is looking for a consultant to  refresh its thinking and strategies in relation to best practices, gaps and/or innovations in the education sector, particularly relevant to girls and children with disabilities. This scoping study will also map other actors in the sector, and potential partners, within Ireland and the Plan International Federation. Specifically, it is expected to inform and make recommendations to support the development of a new education programme.
