Frank is the Director of IDEA. He is responsible for leading the organisation, implementing the IDEA Strategy and overall management of IDEA. Frank is engaged in all aspects of IDEA's activities, and represents IDEA and our sector nationally and internationally.

Mahon

Elaine manages the implementation of IDEA's capacity development programme with IDEA members, particularly in the areas of Development Education practice and organisational management. She is the lead on the implementation of the IDEA Code of Good Practice in Development Education. Elaine is staff contact for the IDEA Quality and Impact Working Group.

Maximiliana supports IDEA’s capacity development events programme and communications programme. She also supports the promotion and showcasing of the work of IDEA members.

PIONEERING PROGRAMME OFFICER

Anya Sparynska

Anya supports IDEA’s Pioneering programme. This includes supporting and empowering members that wish to explore innovative approaches and processes; ensuring the positive impact of our members’ work is effectively articulated and communicated; and advising members on new ways of looking at cross-sectoral and intra-network partnerships.

FINANCE & ADMINSTRATION OFFICER

Linh Thieu

Linh manages the finance functions within the IDEA and is responsible for administrative support for IDEA’s programme of work, governance, and management. She is IDEA’s staff contact for Membership applications, renewals, and support.
