This free training from Lourdes Youth and Community Services (LYCS) will introduce women community workers, activists and educators to global development issues and how they impact women, to build their understanding of the links between local and global issues and develop their capacity to take action around the issues. 

The course will enable you to:

  • Help foster positive change for women and their communities, locally and globally
  • Enhance your community development work
  • Bring something new and beneficial to your organisation
  • Learn more about facilitating this kind of learning
  • Develop your critical thinking, communication skills and intercultural awareness
