The 2023 Irish Aid Global Citizenship Education Grants Call for Proposals is now open.

The call for proposals can be found at this link under the ‘Applying for Funding’ tab. It also includes links to the Guidelines, FAQ documents, as well as information on DEAR co-funding.

Key dates include

• Thursday, 27 October, 5.00pm: Completed eligibility forms must be submitted to the Global Citizenship Education Mailbox. Organisations who have not received global citizenship education funding in the past or if the organisation has not completed an eligibility form or been deemed eligible to apply over the last 3 years (2020, 2021 and 2022 call for proposals) must complete an eligibility form. Organisations can request an Eligibility Form by emailing the Global Citizenship Education Mailbox. 
• Friday, 04 November: Organisations that submitted a completed Eligibility Criteria Form by the deadline will be notified of their eligibility
• Friday, 09 December, 5.00pm: The completed application form, signed by the legal representative of the organisation (e.g. the CEO or the Chair of the Board) should be e-mailed to the Global Citizenship Education Mailbox.
