Living Good Governance

September 10, 2015

Start Date: 09/09/2015 End Date: 09/09/2015

Event Location: The Carmichael Centre, 4 Brunswick St N, Dublin 7, and IDEA Offices, 6 Gardiner Row, Dublin 1.

IDEA's Good Governance Group will reconvene this autumn. We welcome any members who are working towards improving governance in their organisations, especially those working towards compliance with the Governance Code. This autumn we will offer a combination of training, peer sharing and support, which we hope will help us all improve how we govern our organisations.

Our first session will be on Thursday 10 Sept. We invite any interested members to attend a lunchtime seminar (12 – 1 pm) at Carmichael House, Living Good Governance. This session will explore good governance as a core organisational value, rather than simply a box-ticking exercise. Following the seminar, we will move on to the IDEA office (1:30 – 3:30 pm) where we will tackle practical questions arising from the seminar, and share relevant documents from IDEA's Good Governance Folder. Please contact Susan via  susan@ideaonline.ie  before Thursday 3 Sept. if you would like to attend the Carmichael Centre session and/or the meeting at IDEA.
